Individual Therapy
We are at a time in our history that individuals are seeking therapy for both personal growth and development of insight, as well as managing significant stressors that are coming up in their lives (relationships, work, interpersonal). You can expect that our time together will be individualized to you and based on your specific reasons for seeking therapy at this time. I often integrate mindfulness techniques in session and want to assure that you have tools for integration outside of session. I work with individuals age 18+.
Couples therapy
Couples seek therapy for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited to increasing emotional connection, navigating a difficult decision, or recovering from a trauma or indiscretion. I place the couple and relationship at the forefront of our work together, as only the couple can define the rules and boundaries of the relationships. By making a commitment to begin couples counseling you will have an opportunity to understand and be understood, as well as learn and integrate beneficial communication skills.
Family therapy
I integrate family systems concepts into all of my therapeutic work as I believe gaining a better understanding of your family of origin is highly beneficial to gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship skills. Families come in all shapes, sizes, and formations. With over a decade of experience working with families involved in the foster care system, blended families, and multi-generational systems, family therapy is a service I am passionate about providing.
Rates
My rate is $165 per session (50 minutes) for individual therapy, and $190 per session (50 minutes) for couples and families.
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, many insurance companies will provide some reimbursement direct to you upon receiving a super bill, which I can provide to you as needed. If this is something you are interested in I encourage you to call your insurance to find out what reimbursement will look like for an out-of-network provider.
